With this report, a major milestone in Nuclear Physics history has been achieved. The "NuPNET Report 2010" gives a detailed overview of the human and financial resources as well as of the international collaborations in Nuclear Physics in Europe.

NuPNET -the ERA-NET in Nuclear Physics Infrastructures- can thus be considered as being truly representative of the European map in NP funding and as offering the best framework conditions to reach its principal aim: enabling the nuclear physics funding agencies to pilot joint transnational activities themselves.
